At the meeting, Li Xianghong, general manager of Zhaochi Digital, a subsidiary of Zhaochi Stock (002429), said that the electronic industry has been changing constantly for nearly a decade or two. Enterprises in the industry are very hard and will become more difficult in the future. The electronic industry will meet more arduous challenges. 。

The Summit, hosted by Zhaochi Shares, attracted participants from chip technology, optical and mechanical manufacturers, core supply chain manufacturers, whole machine manufacturers, manufacturers, content providers, channel providers and capital-side industry chains.

Zhaochi Group was founded in 2005, starting with DVD, to set-top boxes and digital products. Li Xianghong said, "At present, we have three product lines. The first is the digital communication product line represented by set-top boxes, including all kinds of set-top boxes, digital products, and optical fiber communication, WiFi communication terminal equipment. The second is the TV product line, which includes independent brands and brand OEMs. It is worth mentioning that after the listing, the company's newly invested LED lines have formed LED chips, LED beads, LED lights, LED lighting applications and so on, and carried out a large integration of vertical chains.

He pointed out that Zhaochi's positioning was high-end manufacturing enterprises, not pure manufacturing. The company has its own considerations in product layout and industry selection. At present, there are basically three ecospheres. The first is the whole industry chain ecology of LED, the second is the intelligent family network, and the third is the family entertainment ecology.

"In the smart family ecology, we have basically realized the overall layout of network access, indoor networking and various forms of terminals in the family environment. Especially in the terminal area, we will introduce more diversified product forms, including intelligent voice, smart bracelet, including the recent years and Orange subsidiary cooperation, investment in smart projection. Li Xianghong said.

Judging the future development trend of the industry, Li Xianghong said: "In Zhaochi's view, the electronics industry has been changing constantly for nearly a decade or two, and the enterprises in the industry are very bitter. But our judgment is that the future will become more difficult and the electronics industry will face more difficult challenges.

He pointed out that there are four new trends in the development of today's electronic products: the first is the interconnection of all things; broadband is wide enough, 4G has been popularized, 5G is coming soon, all scenarios are full of endless bandwidth resources, interconnection of all things is a huge trend. The second is to improve the quality of products; in the future, the requirements for quality will be higher and higher. The original electronic products are to solve the basic needs, and now the electronic products are to beautify life. Thirdly, there are various combinations; in the future, the opportunities of electronic manufacturing will become more, more complex and more diverse. The fourth is fast iteration; for practitioners, the most difficult thing to grasp is fast iteration, a little inattention will not keep pace with the rhythm.

Li Xianghong said that in order to meet the challenges of the industry, it is particularly critical to have a keen enough vision and creativity. "Zhaochi digital and orange cooperation, there is a tacit understanding on this point. Zhaochi is a real manufacturing and processing enterprise, but also has some ideas, production efficiency is leading in the industry; and orange has a strong enough team and agile enough way of thinking, the two companies work together, I believe it will become more promising." He said.

How to testify the production of Zhaochi? Li Xianghong pointed out that Zhaochi Digital started with manufacturing. At present, there are more than 30 TV assembly lines and 25 digital and communication assembly lines. Among them, the monthly output of TV sets of various models is 1 million; the monthly output of digital and communication product lines, including projectors, exceeds 2 million.

"The cooperation between the company and Orange brings together two important forces. On the one hand, Orange's strong display technology and projector technology capabilities, as well as market control capabilities, on the other hand, its supply chain advantages and resource integration capabilities. I believe that the combination of these abilities will lead to greater synergy." Li Xianghong said.
